Day 20: Endure

Hebrews 10:36-39

DEVOTIONAL

Following Jesus will require faithful endurance as we learn to persevere from one day or situation to the next. There will be days and seasons of life that are

difficult in ways we won’t expect, and we may be tempted to give up. But in those moments we remember the One who is life, who saved us from death and separation from God, who brought us to Himself and is bringing us home where we truly belong - we remember Jesus. To live for Him, even if we must endure hardship, is to live for the only one worth living for. We can trust Him, because He endured hardship to the point of death, so that we could be saved and live. And so we press on day by day, relying on His strength for our every need, and trusting in His good purposes and plan, until we see Him face to face.

Personal Prayer Points

1. Ask God to show you areas where you live in fear or unwillingness to walk through difficulty.

2. Pray that He would give you strength for today to endure whatever is necessary.

3. Pray that we would find joy in living for Him, regardless of our circumstances.

Radiant Church Prayer Points

1. Pray that Radiant Church would never give in to pressure, but would endure through all things to remain faithful to the Gospel

2. Pray that we would be a church who endures together, never leaving someone on their own.
