Marcus and Sheryl Jackson
Lead Pastor
Pastor Marcus is an ordained pastor with the Assemblies of God having attended Holmes Bible College. Sheryl is a Registered Nurse who has a heart for people. They have been happily married since May of 2012 and together have an adventurous son Elias and a beautiful daughter Zoe and new addition, Liam.
With 13 years in ministry they have experienced and observed God working in many hearts and lives across the world. They have seen countless people changed, broken hearts made whole, and the lost found. Pastor Marcus and Sheryl have a strong desire to create an environment where people can feel loved, experience transformation in their lives, and they are excited to see what God can do within Radiant Church!
Marcus’ strengths are in leadership, empowerment & teaching. He is a lover of all products made by Apple, is proud of his high score of 232 in bowling, and thinks football season is the best season of the year.
Sheryl’s strengths are in organization, compassion and communication. She loves to sing along to TV theme songs and 90’s Disney movies, and she believes laughter and love cures everything.

Collin Fitzgerald
Discipleship Pastor
Pastor Collin aspired to pastoral because he truly believes the truth of God's Word and the beautiful and deep doctrines of our faith are for all people, of all ages, in all circumstances. As the discipleship pastor, Collin has had the privledge of helping pastor people of all ages to grow to know and love our God and HIs Word, and to live for him in every aspect of our lives.
Collin has been married to Casey since 2019, and in 2023, their son Josiah was born.
I'm a big Eagles and Phillies fan, and in my free time enjoy reading, drinking coffee, cooking, and hiking.

Merlin Mathew
Community Outreach Director
Growing up, Merlin never thought she would ever go into full time ministry, so this is definitely a God thing! Her heart in serving is, like Isaiah 61 says, to bring good news and hope to the brokenhearted and hurting.
"I believe God wants Piscataway to know HIM! To break out of the cycles of isolation and gain community!"
Merlin studied biomedical engineering and always thought that one day she would find the cure for cancer by using adult stem cells.
Merlin loves real football (aka soccer). Go Manchester United! Her hobbies include watching documentaries and then recommending them to everyone she knows. You have been warned!

Ashleigh Dietrich

Ashleigh grew up on the missions field, where she developed a deep passion for serving others and sharing God’s love across cultures. Now back in New Jersey, she’s completing her master’s program while serving as an intern at Radiant Church.
Ashleigh is excited to be part of the Radiant community, using her experiences and gifts to help others connect, grow, and shine God's love.
