Day 2 - John 15:9-17

Jesus commands us to remain in His love and to love one another as He has loved us. This love isn't a mere feeling, but a sacrificial action modeled by Christ Himself. As we abide in Jesus' love, we're empowered to extend that same love to others.

Consider the depth of Christ's love for you. He chose you, called you His friend, and laid down His life. How does this realization impact your identity and your relationships with others? Reflect on areas where you struggle to love sacrificially. Ask the Holy Spirit to fill you with His love and to help you see others through His eyes.

Remember, our obedience to Christ's commands isn't about earning His love, but responding to the love we've already received. As we remain in His love, joy becomes the natural overflow of our relationship with Him.

Application: Identify one person in your life who needs to experience Christ's love through you. Commit to showing them sacrificial love in a tangible way this week.
