Day 1 - John 15:1-8

Jesus declares, "I am the true vine." This powerful metaphor invites us to consider our connection to Christ as the source of all spiritual life and fruitfulness. Just as a branch cannot bear fruit unless it remains connected to the vine, we cannot produce anything of lasting value apart from Jesus.

Today, reflect on what it means to truly abide in Christ. Are there areas of your life where you've been trying to produce fruit through your own efforts? Consider the "false vines" you might be clinging to for identity or purpose. Ask God to reveal any attachments that are hindering your connection to the True Vine.

Remember, the Father is the gardener who lovingly prunes us for greater fruitfulness. If you're experiencing a season of pruning, trust that it's for your ultimate good and God's glory. Surrender to His cultivating work in your life.

Application: Choose one practical way to deepen your connection to Jesus today. This could be setting aside dedicated time for prayer, meditating on Scripture, or intentionally practicing His presence throughout your day.
