I Am The Bread Of Life
In a world chasing temporary satisfaction, Jesus offers lasting fulfillment. After feeding 5,000, He declared, “I am the bread of life… whoever believes in me will never be thirsty” (John 6:35). The crowd sought more miracles, but Jesus pointed to a deeper hunger — one only He can satisfy.
Like the manna given to Israel in the wilderness, Jesus provides daily spiritual nourishment, but of far greater, eternal value. He calls us to receive Him fully, not just for what He can do, but for who He is. Feeding on the Bread of Life means daily trusting in Him, abiding in His Word, and allowing Him to transform our lives.
Jesus invites us to come, believe, and abide — not for temporary gain, but for eternal life. The question remains: Are we hungry for Him, or just what He provides? Only Jesus satisfies the soul.
